HOW BASKFiTBALL WORKS
BASKFiTBALL comprises of 2 separate components in 1 — FiTness x BASKETBALL competitions,
where Our ATHELiTES put Their overall fitness and/ or basketball skills to the test.
We will post monthly workouts to perform over a period of 4 week intervals in efforts of mastering
the performance exercises and/ or skills and drills.
From the average “Jill” or “Joe” to professional ATHELiTES, there will be options and opportunities
to compete against opponents virtually as well as live, in-Person competitions.
The BASKETBALL competitions is be measured by how many reps can be performed and completed
within a specific period of time.
The FiTNESS competitions is won by TEAMS of 3 that can execute and complete the exercises
challenge the fastest.
At the end of the day, BASKFiTBALL is designed to help ATHELiTES of all ages and levels, have fun while staying in shape and being able to compete in a different way with the game of basketball.
Anybody can participate,

Basketball Competition:
✅ 2 rounds of simultaneous 2 ball dribbling - 30 secs each round
✅ Individual shots - 60 secs each spot / 7 spots of 2's, 3's & 4's (NBA range) shooting - 3 mins each spot
✅ 2 rounds of simultaneous 2 ball dribbling - 30 secs each round
✅ 1 round of foul shooting: shoot til You make it, shoot til You miss... 3 attempts to make it, first to 10 in a row
✅ 2 rounds of alternating 2 ball dribbling - 30 secs each round
✅ Alternating shots - 60 secs each round / 7 spots of 2's, 3's & 4's (NBA range) shooting - 3 mins each spot
✅ 2 rounds of alternating 2 ball dribbling - 30 secs each round
✅ 1 round of foul shooting: shoot til You make it, shoot til You miss... 3 attempts to make it, first to 10 in a row

Fitness Competition:
✅ 4 rounds of med ball defensive slides/ slams - 10 reps 5 down and backs
✅ 4 rounds of core med ball exercises - 25 reps each set 5 down and backs
✅ 4 rounds of rebounding (med ball tosses) - 25 reps 5 down and backs
✅ 4 rounds of kettlebell swings - 25 reps 5 down and backs
✅ 4 rounds of kettlebell squat-shoulder presses - 25 reps each set 5 down and backs
✅ 4 rounds of kettlebell lunges-farmer walks - full court 5 down and backs
